Frances L. Gatto is the President and CEO of ABOUT-Consulting, LLC. In October 2002, Fran founded ABOUT-Consulting, a certified woman owned business, using her broad experience in the staff placement, staff augmentation and consulting specialties. Fran's experience helps her to define complex staffing, technology and process issues into specific requirements for staffing and service needs. Her commitment to exceeding customer expectations and strong interpersonal skills allow her to continually satisfy her clients' business needs.
Fran is a business professional with over twenty-five years of results-oriented experience in fast paced Fortune 500 environments. Fran was a Vice President at Advanced Resources, Inc. Prior to that, Fran held senior positions at IMI Systems, Inc. (formerly ARMS) and Atlantic Richfield Company. Fran has a strong background in sales and recruiting. Her areas of expertise include: recruiting and resource placement (permanent, contract and temporary), strategic planning, project management, technology implementation, change management, process design, and team building.
Fran graduated from Rosemont College with a B.S. in Management. Fran is a member and participates in the Women's Business Enterprise National Council.
Fran's strong interpersonal, creative, and organizational skills have helped many organizations define and resolve issues related to staffing and process.

Douglas Hotmer is the Vice President and CFO of ABOUT-Consulting, LLC where he uses his broad experience to manage and market professional staffing and consultative services to organizations of all sizes and complexity. In addition to his financial responsibilities at ABOUT-Consulting, Doug combines over twenty-five years of experience in the staffing industry with a Masters degree in Psychology to assist clients with finding the best candidates to fill their needs. Doug is passionate and committed to excellence in Customer Service.
Before joining ABOUT-Consulting, Doug was a Regional Leader at Advanced Resources, Inc. Prior to that, Doug was a Vice President at IMI Systems, Inc. (formerly ARMS). In addition, he has held various other leadership positions with Bell and Howell, and INSURNET/Datatronic, Inc. Doug has a Clinical Psychology background which compliments his broad experience in Recruiting, Information Technology, and Marketing. His areas of expertise include: recruiting and resource placement (permanent, contract and temporary), strategic planning, project management, technology implementation, change management, process design, and team building.
Doug graduated from Wilmington College with a B.S. in Criminal Justice/Psychology. He received his M.A. in Clinical Psychology from West Chester State College.
Doug is the Vice President and Board Member of The Delaware Children's Theatre. His strong interpersonal, analytical, and creative problem solving skills has helped many organizations define and resolve issues related to staffing and process.
